These terms govern your use of this portfolio website. They are written to be read, so they are short.

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. About this site

This is the personal, non-commercial portfolio of Safal Mutha, presenting projects, academic results, research and personal interests. Nothing on it is an offer of goods or services, and no contract of sale arises from using it.

3. Intellectual property

The design, code, text, graphics and interactive demos on this site are © 2026 Safal Mutha, unless stated otherwise. You may view them, share links to them and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell or build derivative works from substantial parts of the site without written permission.

Screenshots of hopemeals.org and elitemathsacademy.in show work I built for those organisations and are shown for portfolio purposes only. Their content, names and logos belong to HopeMeals and Elite Maths Academy (Prof. Amit Waghmare). Bharat Ko Jaano is a programme of Bharat Vikas Parishad.

  • Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. The games on the 404 page are fan-made: NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
  • CurseForge and its logo are trademarks of Overwolf Ltd.
  • SAT and AP are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website.
  • Java is a registered trademark of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Apache Maven is a trademark of The Apache Software Foundation. Gradle is a trademark of Gradle, Inc.

All trademarks are used only to describe tools I used or places I published. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

5. Interactive demos

  • Test-kit scanner: a simulated illustration of how line analysis works. It is not a medical device, does not analyse real tests and must never be used for diagnosis or medical decisions. Always follow the kit’s instructions and consult a qualified health professional.
  • Donation pipeline: a simulation. No payment is taken, no money moves and no receipt is issued. To donate for real, use hopemeals.org.
  • Inventory, photobooth and question engine: demonstrations with sample data. Quiz questions are illustrative and are not official Bharat Ko Jaano questions.
  • Descriptions of projects are summaries for portfolio purposes and may simplify technical details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the site’s security, or run vulnerability scans without written permission;
  • use automated means to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others;
  • frame the site, or misrepresent it or its author;
  • use the site for anything unlawful under Indian law or the law where you are.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

I may update these terms. The version published here, with its “last updated” date, applies from that date.
